As well as delivering 'off the shelf' courses for our clients, we specialise in writing courses from scratch, so that your course is uniquely designed to your exact specifications.

·          At Training Designs, we are aware of your busy schedule, so we aim to make it flexible and easy for you to organize training - simply browse the website and give us a call or fill in the form on the 'Contact Us' page.

·          We will then contact you to discuss your requirements.

·          One of our experienced course trainers will travel to your setting to deliver the course at a date and time to suit you.

At Training Designs, we are passionate about training and committed to the learning needs of you and your staff.

We firmly believe in encouraging participants to put what they have learnt into practice, hence our training courses include:

  • Action-planning session built into each course for practitioners to identify their future learning needs
  • Research-based handouts
  • Workbooks for participants to use during the course and to keep following the course
  • A free follow-up session by telephone to address any questions and to give advice
  • A range of learning methods, including the use of case studies
  • Participants encouraged to become actively involved and share their experiences and ideas


All of our courses:

  • can be two, three or six hours long
  • can be delivered at your setting (to include nurseries, nursery schools, universities, colleges and crèches)
  • can be delivered seven days a week, including evenings and Bank holidays!
