About Us

Yvonne Batson-Wright BSc.Hons, LCA, NLP.Dip. is a qualified Nurse, Midwife and Health Visitor, with a career spanning nearly thirty years, and has been lecturing and training for over ten years.

She is a member of both the Institute for Learning and the Life Coaching Academy.

Yvonne is passionate about the development of all staff and dedicated to their learning needs and the training she provides, ensuring delegates are learning and developing in a fun environment.

Having developed a dedicated interest in this area, Yvonne now focuses all of her time training and running personal development events.

Her background includes lecturing on the NVQ Childcare and Education courses as well as GNVQ in Health and Social care.

Yvonne has vast experience of planning, writing and delivering a variety of courses for nurseries, universities and healthcare settings.

In addition, she is a qualified Life Coach, with an NLP diploma, and has utilized her skills in providing coaching sessions for professionals and parents.

Yvonne is also an accomplished public speaker, and is available to give talks at meetings, Conferences and Open days, and is a published writer and poet (see website www.presence-in-poetry.co.uk).

Yvonne owns and manages Training Designs Limited with her husband, Ian.
