About the Training Designs Team

Yvonne Batson-Wright BSc.Hons, RGN, RM, RHV, LCA, NLP.Dip.
Training Director

Yvonne, who is also the Managing Director of Training Designs, is a qualified Nurse, Midwife and Health Visitor, with a varied career spanning over thirty years.

She recently lectured on 'Issues in Child Health' at the University of East London and has worked as a Coach and Childcare Trainer in various Early Years Settings over the last ten years. She is a member of both the Institute for Learning and the Life Coaching Academy.

Yvonne heads a team of experienced professional Associate Trainers, working with them to ensure that our clients get the best out of their experience of working with Training Designs.

In addition to running Training Designs, Yvonne writes tailor-made poetry for Special occasions through her business 'Presence in Poetry' - www.presence-in-poetry.co.uk.

Operations Director

Ian previously enjoyed a career in Credit Management before becoming Operations Director of Training Designs.

As well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, Ian also looks after the strategic planning, HR, sales and marketing of their ever-growing business.
