Q: I am unsure about which course I need, What should I do?
A: We are always happy to discuss your needs with you and guide you regarding your training needs. We can then tailor-make a course which suits the needs of your staff.
Q: Where are your courses held?
A: Training Designs are able to travel to your premises, free of charge, to deliver training and personal development courses. We deliver the majority of our training within London and the Home Counties.
Q: So, how do I book and pay for a course?
A: Once you have contacted us and we have discussed your needs and requirements, we will e-mail you with an outline of what has been agreed, and the total fee for the course.
To secure your booking, we require full payment of the fee. This can be paid by cheque (made payable to ‘Training Designs Limited’) or can be paid directly into our bank account (details of which can be forwarded to you at the time of booking).
Q: Do you deliver 'open' courses?
A: These cover either Childcare or Personal Development, and will take place at different venues throughout the year – please see our website for details!
Q: So, who delivers your training?
A: Yvonne (Training Director) and her team of Expert Trainers, have experience in a wide range of areas including Childcare, Nursing, Health Visiting, Midwifery, Teaching and Coaching.
Q: I am interested in delivering training – do Training Designs currently have any vacancies for Associate Trainers?
A: We are always looking for more trainers to join our team.
