Q: I am unsure about which course I need, What should I do?
A: We are always happy to discuss your needs and requirements with you and guide you regarding your training needs. We can then tailor-make a course which suits the needs of your staff.

Q: Where are your courses held?
A: Training Designs always travel to their clients' settings to deliver their training courses. Regarding individuals attending our Open day courses, we run our courses at venues in and around Central London.

Q: I run a small nursery. Training Designs sounds like the type of company I'd like to use, but we've got to keep an eye on budgets - how much is it for a training day?
A: For us to write and deliver a course for you, it depends on the number of staff we would be training for. To get an accurate quote, go to the home page, click on the type of training you're interested in (e.g. Childcare-specific), and then type in and submit your details to us. We’ll then call you for a discussion and give you all of the information you need.

Q: So, who delivers your training?
A: Yvonne Batson-Wright (Training Director) and her team of Expert Trainers; each have several years' experience in a wide range of areas including Childcare, Nursing, Health Visiting, Midwifery, Teaching and Coaching.

Q: Do you cover training in Health and Safety?
A: If you require training in areas like Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Manual Handling, we can provide these types of training courses for you, both at your setting OR through our open training events, which we hold in Central London.
