I find it very difficult to send my staff on training days; as it is hard to get staff cover and to be able to justify the costs involved. This led me to contemplate in-house training on a Saturday. So I did the research and surfed the net and came up with Training Designs. After one phone call to Yvonne - I was sure that I had found the right trainer for us... Yvonne liaised with us and listened to our requirements for the training and planned the programme according to our needs.
On the day my staff were apprehensive, but within minutes, Yvonne put everyone at their ease and she had their total concentration during the course of the day... Yvonne was able to engage with all members of staff with a sense of humour, whilst inspiring them and encouraging them to make a contribution; making the day worthwhile and meaningful for everyone concerned.
The day flew past and all of my staff gave brilliant feedback saying they had all learnt something: which at the end of the day that is what you want.
