This includes Nurses, Midwives, Nurseries, Nursing Homes, Schools, Colleges and Universities.

These courses include information on coaching, a valuable tool, which helps staff to develop and learn within their role and improve their performance at work.

For example, you may want to explore ideas to improve your setting. Or you may wish to explore issues like dealing with conflict, how to be more assertive or promoting team work.
